Eloy Cortina

I am the owner and manager of this restaurant since the beginning of 2007, being the ultimate responsible since then. Throughout my life I have been a restless, responsible and tenacious person at work. Consequently, I have gradually achieved my goals.
In addition to my work in Sidra Cortina for many years, I have also been a member of the managing team of several organitations such us: Villaviciosa festivity committees, Association of Lagareros, Lealtad Sports Club -football which is one of my passions- and president of the Designation of Origin “Sidra de Asturias”.
However, what is most important for me is the day-to-day. My work at the restaurant focuses on planning, organization, managing and monitoring. I like to supervise personally the smooth running of everything.
Whilst I do not like to boast, I am very pleased to work with highly-qualified, permanent and motivated professionals. This is the only way to ensure a quality service that meets the expectations of the most demanding customers.
